Our Purpose
Preaching, Teaching and Reaching
We have been involved in missions trips for discipleship and evangelism to the countries of Mexico, the Philippines, Germany, Romania, Honduras, the United States and two survey trips to Zambia in 1999 for four weeks and again in 2004 for five weeks with missionaries Bobby Bonner, Bob Hayton and Steve Richards.
Our Biblical Mandate
Our purpose is found in Romans 15:20, preaching the gospel where Christ is not named and to make disciples, II Timothy 2:2.
Our method is found Matthew 28:19 - 20 , leading people to Christ, baptizing and discipling them in a local church and sending them out to reach others.
Our goal is that we, along with Decatur Baptist Church, will reach the unreached and enlist them for world evangelism.
